Combine the poppyseeds, 1/2 cup of melted butter, 2 tsp of Worcestershire, and 2 tbsp mustard and set aside.
Cut the rolls all in half (as pictured) so they are open to put the toppings on them.
Top the rolls with (2) slices of ham and then lay the swiss cheese slices over the top of the ham.
Spread a small amount of mustard on the top buns and arrange the tops on the bottoms to make sandwiches.
Brush the butter/mustard/Worcestershire/poppy seed mixture on the tops of the buns.
