Ham & Cheese Sliders
Sliders are the ultimate game day or party food; they are easy to make and serve and are the perfect size for a snack! They also make for an incredibly easy and yummy dinner option that the entire family will rave about! I have a favorite recipe for Ham & Cheese Sliders to share with you that you are going to want to make time and time again. As busy moms, we need all the fast, easy recipes we can get our hands on to be prepared for anything!
This recipe comes together in a flash and creates something so tasty that I have a feeling that everyone will want seconds of these easy Ham & Cheese Sliders! The poppy seeds add a great flavor to the sliders, so try not to skip adding them!
You can use whatever kind of deli ham you prefer; I have made this with smoked and honey ham and both resulted in equally good ham & cheese sliders! I prefer to make these with thin sliced ham, but by all means, if you like your ham a little thicker, then go with that! You don’t need any special equipment to make these, just a regular 9×9 pan like this one. You will also want to be sure you have plenty of mustard on hand (this is the mustard I use) because you need some to put on the rolls and also need some for the recipe itself.
This recipe will make 9 sliders; if you are serving a crowd you might want to double it, because these ham & cheese sliders are going to disappear like magic! These can even be made a little earlier in the day, then just put everything in the refrigerator covered up so they don’t dry out. Then put the butter mixture over the top right before baking. They can also be served for a super fast dinner idea! If serving for dinner, I would recommend a side dish to go with them like this Simple Cheesy Potatoes Side Dish.
My family loved this Ham & Cheese Sliders recipe. It is one of our favorite easy dinners and you know we are serving these on game day while everyone cheers for their favorite team! When the cheers come during a commercial break, you can rest assured that the cheers will be for the Ham & Cheese Sliders!
